George Wolf is co-founder and CTO of Guidewise, where he works directly with organizations implementing data and AI solutions in real-world environments. An alumnus of Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology, George has built his career at the intersection of technology, data, and organizational change, with a strong focus on hands-on execution and real-world problem solving.
At Guidewise, George leads technical strategy and delivery for AI initiatives focused on how people and AI agents actually work together inside organizations. He enjoys working through ambiguity, helping teams turn unclear problems into practical systems, and believes many of the most meaningful careers in AI are being created right now, often before they have clear job titles.
