Joe Laezza is a fourth-year Mechanical Engineering student at Penn State with a focus on leadership, innovation, and personal growth. He’s the founder of Now You Know, a social card game designed to create better conversations by testing the assumptions we make about others.
Joe also serves as President of Penn State’s Kaizen Self-Actualization Society (KSAS), where he leads personal and professional development programming focused on confidence and communication. His goal is to build meaningful products, experiences, and communities that positively impact people’s lives.
